Team Qualifications

Laura Latham has worked as an administrative assistant since 1995. Her first experience was in the group health insurance industry and later in life insurance. She has most recently worked as administrative and technical coordinator for United Methodist News Service. Her professional experience includes maintaining websites and email subscription lists, newsletter design and editing, photo editing, proofreading, making travel arrangements and small meeting planning.

Laura holds the CPS (Certified Professional Secretary) and CAP (Certified Administrative Professional) certifications, as well as the FIC (Fraternal Insurance Counselor) and AIAA (Associate, Insurance Agency Administration) designations. She has trained in numerous areas including PhotoShop, HTML, FrontPage, and business etiquette. As a member of IAAP (International Association of Administrative Professionals), Laura holds the office of secretary in the local chapter.

Her personal interests are reading and spending time on the Internet. Laura believes in the statement made by Katherine Graham, late editor of the Washington Post, "To love what you do and feel that it matters - what could be more fun!"


Wade Latham holds an BS degree in Engineering Technology from East Tennessee State University as well as a AAS degree in Drafting and Design from Virginia Highlands Community College. He has most recently worked as a project manager for a major identity consulting firm. With a seven year background in Fortune 1000 corporate accounts, Wade is competent in many areas including customer service, program scheduling and database management.

Wade began web design in the late 90's, incorporating his professional knowledge with his skills in design. His skills include graphic and web design using Illustrator, PhotoShop, HTML and JAVA programming. Wade's eye for detail gives him an advantage in web layout and design.

Wade enjoys playing computer games, watching movies, hiking and travel.
